1. No Medical Advice

The content provided through the App, including but not limited to medication schedules, reminders, and tracking history, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding a medical condition.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Your use of the App does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or any other professional healthcare relationship between you and Wise Medical Apps.

3. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

The App acts solely as a tool to help you organize your own data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you input. You must NOT rely solely on the App’s reminders to take life-critical medications. Notifications may fail due to battery optimization, software bugs, or hardware issues.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WISE MEDICAL APPS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR WRONGFUL DEATH) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THE REMINDERS WILL FIRE AT THE EXACT MINUTE EVERY TIME.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Wise Medical Apps and its developers from and against any claims resulting from your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

7. Cloud Backup and Data Loss

While the App offers backup features, Wise Medical Apps does not guarantee the safety of your data. You are responsible for maintaining your own records. We are not liable for any data loss.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wise Medical Apps is registered.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
